Vehicle Servicing:

For complete motoring peace of mind, AutoRoute will take care of all maintenance and servicing requirements. Mercedes-Benz vehicles have a scheduled service interval every 12 months, or every 15,000km (whichever comes first). A notification message will appear on your vehicle instrument cluster indicating the period or kilometre interval for the next service due.

We have three service centers willing to assist with any service-related matters, located in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region.

To schedule a service appointment, kindly contact any of the numbers listed above and the Service Reception Team will schedule an appointment at your convenience.

A replacement vehicle will be provided to keep you mobile during the time of the vehicle service. When the vehicle is brought in, one of our AutoRoute staff will assist with the replacement vehicle handover process, in addition to any documentation having to be signed.

Once your vehicle is ready from Service, you will be notified that it may be collected. In the event of a replacement vehicle given, the same handing over process will be carried out.

Accident Cases:

In the unfortunate event of an accident the EMC Roadside Assistance should be contacted on 800 36 278, and a vehicle recovery service will be arranged. Kindly keep a copy of the registration of your vehicle ready when placing your call. An official police report should be provided for standard insurance purposes.

​Notification Messages & Warning Messages:

​Below are examples of warning notifications that may appear on your vehicle dashboard.

Tire Warning Messages:

A similar message as above will be displayed on your vehicle’s instrument cluster.

Cause: Loss in tyre pressure/possible puncture or flat tire/heat may cause the message to display

Action: Kindly contact the EMC Service Department to schedule a vehicle appointment. Tyres will be inspected for possible punctures/leaks, and the monitor will be reset by a Mercedes-Benz workshop technician.

Auxiliary Battery Malfunction:

The vehicle needs to be brought into an EMC workshop for the AUX battery to be replaced. Certain features, such as Speed Limiter/Lance Control, Distance Control etc., will not be enabled.

Lost Key/Key Replacement:

In the event of a lost key, kindly contact your dedicated AutoRoute Sales Agent, who will arrange to have the spare key released to you. The cost of the key replacement will be borne by the customer.

In the event of key replacement, the vehicle would need to be brought to the EMC Workshop, so the key can be ordered and linked to the Chassis Number of your vehicle.

Mechanical Breakdown:​​

In the unfortunate event of a mechanical breakdown, please contact the EMC Roadside Assistance on 800 36278. An agent will arrange to have your vehicle collected by recovery and a replacement vehicle will be provided (subject to availability). Your lease vehicle will be brought into our EMC Workshop for diagnosis and updates will be provided during the course of the process. 

Invoicing/Payment Queries/Fines/Payment Issues:

Traffic fine invoices will be generated on your account as and when offenses are occurred. An SMS notification will be sent to the registered mobile on record, notifying you of the fines detail and amount.
